A longtime San Antonio resident with a passion for the city’s distinctive culture, Jeanette Perkins brings more than 14 years of housing experience and a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and dedication to her clients. 

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Jeanette moved to San Antonio in 2005 and spent almost two decades as the Assistant Director of the Section 8 program at the San Antonio Housing Authority serving low-income and public housing residents. Leveraging her extensive management and customer service skills, Jeanette now serves as an invaluable resource to a diverse set of buyers and sellers for San Antonio and surrounding areas with White Label Realty.

As an experienced agent, Jeanette understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life and views representation and guidance of her clients through the process as a true privilege.  

A proud military spouse, mother, and grandmother, when Jeanette is not holding an open house or searching for the perfect property for her client, she enjoys traveling, and family time and devotes her time and resources to volunteering or being of service to those in need. 

Jeanette is a member of SABOR and a 2023 TLRP Graduate holding designations in GRI, and MRP and is an active member of SABOR’s TREPAC committee.
